Brian,
Thanks for sharing and I'm so glad that your book is getting out there for the ministry community to dialogue about. I felt in my heart when you shared at CPC that this is a model that can be broken down and adapted to any situation. I am praying and working here in my context to adapt this concept into my church. We have had no real strategy for walking children through a path of discipleship, now we do. I am not trying to copy your model exactly, which won't work but using it a guide to help make the paradigm shift for our leaders and parents. I thought many of the bloggers had some good thoughts too and I'm sure this is just the beginning of something really great for the body of Christ. I have also been reading Think Orange and am excited about the great thoughts about helping families train up their children with the church coming alongside. Well, Blessings on you my brother, I hope if the funds are available to come down on Nov. 5th for the leaders meetings. I desire to learn more and to help my families learn to live out the Shema.

Thanks for clarifying those points and thank you for the hours of work you put into this strategy and book. Milestones are a great way to look at the journey families are on and how the church can join with families in the spiritual development of children.

Brian,
Well said! I love that you're continuing the dialogue in this very important shift in family ministry. Thank you for having the big picture and helping all of us to see it!
